Monthly photo contest rules

  1. Each month one outfit will be chosen as the outfit for that months contest. It can be used in any of the available colors. This outfit will be announced on the Blog, as part of the Flickr Group, and as well in the store.
  2. Theme, styling, backgrounds, props, and photography are all up to the participant.
  3. Professional photographers may be used. Please make sure to credit them.
  4. You must JOIN the Hugo’s Angels Flickr Group and post your entry to the group: http://www.flickr.com/groups/hugosangels/
  5. All photos should be 1024 x 1024 or 2048 x 1024.
  6. Please label all photos on flickr Hugo’s Design: Your Name: Outfit Name I.e: Hugo’s Design: Lexie Jansma: Monica
  7. In the description please credit the photographer, list any Hugo’s Design pieces used, including the chosen monthly outfit. Also please list and credit any skin, hair, and accessories designers used in your photos.
  8. Please email a copy of submitted image in jpg. or png. format to Lexie Jansma at hugos.design@yahoo.com. Please make sure that the subject line reads: Hugo’s Design: Your Name: Outfit Name as above.
  9. Submit your images to flickr and to the email provided by the 25th of each month. The winner will be announced by the 30th of each month.

JUDGING & PRIZES:

  1. Erik Hugo along with 2 other industry professionals including a leading photographer, and model will choose the top photo for that month.
  2. The winning photo will be featured on the Hugo’s Design Flickr at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/erikhugo/
  3. The winning photo will be featured on the Hugo’s Design Blog at: http://www.hugosdesign.com/
  4. The winning photo will be displayed in Too Sexy Magazine.
  5. The winning photo will be displayed in either the mainstore or one of its associated stores.
  6. The Winner will receive 2500L in Hugo’s Design Giftcards to spend.

CONTEST RULES:

  1. Model must be wearing the assigned outfit chosen for that month. Any other Hugo’s pieces worn in conjunction are fine. We encourage you to mix and match.
  2. All images need to be 1024 x 1024 or 2048 x 1024.
  3. Only 1 entry per month per person.
  4. All decision by judges are final. Arguing, complaining, or fighting will be grounds for disqualification and exclusion from all other Hugo’s promotions and contest.
  5. If any portion of the above instructions and or rules are not followed Hugo’s Design will have every right  disqualify any image.
  6. Model should be a member of the Hugo’s Design VIP Group. Group can be found in search or there is a group joiner in the TP area of Hugo’s Design main store.
  7. Hugo’s Design reserves all right to keep and use submitted images as they see fit without additional compensation to model and photographer.
